When attempting to submit or approve a workflow step, the workflow will not move on to the next step in the process if a student-athlete that has previously been deactivated has an upcoming approval step. In this scenario, a student-athlete's ARMS account can be reactivated to successfully complete the workflow.

Reactivating a Student-Athlete

A student-athlete's ARMS account can be reactivated by selecting the Security tab within the Administration module. From there, search for the student-athlete's name and select the green "Activate" button.

Note: Confirm that the student-athlete is on an official roster to submit the workflow.
