When a student-athlete graduates or leaves the program, you still have the ability to access their student-athlete profile and previously completed workflows.

Accessing a Former Student-Athlete's Profile

To access a former student-athlete's profile, go to the Roster tab within the Team module. From here, select an academic year where the student-athlete was a participant. The Clear Filters button can also be selected if necessary.

Viewing Workflows

By clicking a student-athlete's full name, their student-athlete profile will appear. Use the forms badge on the profile to access the former student-athlete's workflows, just as you could when the individual was an active student-athlete.
