Ticket Administrators have the flexibility to email guests that have submitted a valid email address during the submission process. A present email is represented with a blue icon under the Guest column. Within the tickets tab we offer a variety of options below to help narrow down your target audience to communicate with:

  • Sport

  • Request Type

  • Ticket Status

  • Section

From Here you can individually select the guest you would like to email then go to the menu option above the grid and select "Email Selected". For more on Sending Emails from ARMS.

Helpful Hint: The Email All option within the menu will pull from any record on the page that has a valid email address.
