For any Student-Athletes that would have exhausted their eligibility in the Spring of 2020, but are coming back to campus to participate in the 2020-21 season, we have added a flag within the Roster and Eligibility Status widget called "Exhausted Eligibility - COVID-19." This field parallels the additions made by the NCAA to Compliance Assistant, and should be utilize for all of your returning SAs who would have exhausted their eligibility last spring but for the cancellation of their season. When you update this field for the applicable Student-Athletes their Athletic Aid will be exempted from equivalency calculations, they will not be marked as a counter on the squad list, they will have CO as their status within the squad list, and their revenue distribution number will count towards their sport's total calculation.
