If you have a Student-Athlete who will not be participating during a specific term due to a Leave of Absence (COVID-19 Opt Out, Semester Abroad, Co-Op Term, etc.) then you can set their Roster Status as "Leave of Absence."

Student-Athlete remains "Active" in ARMS so they can assign/complete workflows.

Student-Athlete is on the Roster but not in the default Official or Unofficial Rosters, so users can choose to include them or exclude them in communications to the team.

Student-Athlete's aid will count against the squad limits for that term/year.

Student-Athlete will be available to add to CARA events if needed

Student-Athlete will appear in PTD, APR and other NCAA Reporting pages.
