Looking to send an email similar to one you have already sent? Send an email to people who haven't opened the original email you sent? Send the same email again to new recipients?

You will be able to do so by going into the previously sent email's details and selecting the "SEND EMAIL LIKE THIS" feature in the bottom left hand corner!

On this feature you will be given the menu of options to select below:

These options will all open up a a new email feature with all of the content of the original email you send pre-filled. From here, you will be able to make any edits you want to send off as a new email.

Each option described:

To All Recipients: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with all of the same recipients on it. This is used for quickly sending the same email over again, or for you to send a quickly edited email to the same recipients.

To Recipients Opened: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with all of the recipients who opened the original email. This is used for sending a quick follow up email to those you know have opened the original email.

To Recipients that did not Open: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with all of the recipients who did not open the original email. This is used for sending a quick follow up email to those recipients who may have missed your original email or to send a slightly edited version.

To Recipients that Clicked: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with all of the recipients who clicked a link within the email. Whether a hyperlink in the email or a link embedded in email theme used.

To Recipients that did not Click: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with all of the recipients who did not click on a link within the email. Whether a hyperlink in the email or a link embedded in email theme used.

To New Recipients: This will allow you to view & edit the same email with no recipients on the email. That way you can add anyone you would like on it. This is used for quickly sending the same email over again or for you to send a slightly edited email to the new recipients.
