When selecting members of your staff from a dropdown menu (such as email TO: FROM: & Logging a Call or Evaluation) you will only be able to see the Users that are listed as Staff Members for that particular Sport.
Also, if a User's "My Calendar" doesn't show the Team Calendar, it is usually because they are not listed as a Staff Member for that sport either.
HOW TO ADD STAFF MEMBERS
Go to Administration and click on your Sport:
The First screen that will appear is the STAFF LIST. Here you can Add/Remove a Staff Member to your Sports Staff List:
Once added they will appear from all Sport Specific Dropdown's and be able to view the Team Calendar on their "My Calendar" feature within ARMS.
If you dont have the ADD STAFF MEMBER option on this page, reach out to your Head Coach/Compliance Team to add the Staff Member for you!
