ARMS can generate mailing labels using any format. ARMS supports Avery 5160 labels by default, but we can provide you with custom formats upon request.

When you want to print mailing labels, you will be able to run a report that prints the prospect's address on Avery 5160 label sheets. The label will print in the following format:

Prospect Name
Street Address
City, State, Postal Code

Alternative High School Delivery Option: Often used by Football programs, this option will include the prospect's high school address if they do not have a home address on file. If the home address is not present on the recruit's profile, the label will print in the following format:

Prospect Name
C/O Head Football Coach (Not Actual HS Coach’s Name)
High School Name
High School Street Address
High School City, State, Zip

Printing the Mailing Labels:

You can print these labels individually from the Recruits Page and Saved Searches Page by:

  • Selecting recruits you'd like to print by using the checkboxes

  • Clicking the menu button and selecting 'Print Mailing Labels - Avery 5160'

Or from the Recruiting Boards Page and Groups Pages by:

  • Accessing the board or group

  • Clicking the action menu button and selecting 'Print Mailing Labels - Avery 5160'

Custom Formats:
If you would like to use an alternative label format or display different fields in your printed report, please just let us know.
