Recruiting Activity Logs are assigned out on a monthly basis at your Compliance department's discretion. You can be configured to submit a Recruiting Activity Log for your own individual activities or your entire program's recruiting activities.

Where to find the Recruiting Activity Log

Recruiting Activity Logs will appear in the Workflows -> Forms Hub, Needs My Attention Queue.

What is in a Recruiting Activity Log
Recruiting Activity Logs display monthly totals for the following types of recruiting activities:

  • Phone Calls

  • Off-Campus Contacts

  • Countable Evaluations

  • Non-Countable Evaluations

  • Official Visits (will always display your entire program's visits)

  • Unofficial Visits (will always display your entire program's visits)

You will also see links under each category to view the detail in the Recruiting Activity screen.

What if I have not entered all of my activities?
You can enter your activities for the month and the counts will immediately reflect in your Recruiting Activity Log. Upon returning to the log you will see these updated counts.

What if I enter activities after submitting the log?
If you enter recruiting activities for a month after submitting the log, the log will be reopened and appear in your Workflow queue.
