Full Department Export

Departments transitioning from a full department contract with a different Recruiting Service Provider, should request a Full Data Export from that provider. The request should include:

  • All Recruit Contacts

  • All Recruit Related Contacts (i.e. Parents, Coaches, etc.)

  • All Recruiting Activities (i.e. Evaluations, Visits, Calls, etc.)

  • Document Attachments if available (i.e. transcripts)

  • Roster Demographic Data

Received files should be emailed to your ARMS Implementation Coordinator or directly to

Individual Sport Exports

Coaches that maintain their own recruiting database - either via spreadsheets or using their own recruiting service provider - should submit the Getting Started for Coaches Workflow located on the Workflow Launchpad in ARMS.

Here Coaches can provide:

  • Information on their recruiting service provider if applicable

  • Spreadsheets to import via file upload (recruit, roster, or alumni)

Recruiting Questionnaires

ARMS builds a default recruiting questionnaire for each individual sport. These questionnaire URLs can be found directly in ARMS for each sport, but your ARMS Implementation Coordinator should provide the primary contact with the list.

The URL list should be provided to the Department's SID or Contact that manages the Athletic Website.
