After Configuring your Academic Year and Terms you can also manage all of your vacation periods. These will automatically map to each of your sports' playing season pages and apply the vacation period legislation when the sports are inside or outside of their declared playing season.
To add your vacation periods, click into the "Playing Seasons" page within the "Time Management" module. Once there, click the the "Add" button on the left hand side of the page.
You can now name the vacation period and set the start and end date.
If you need to make a change to a vacation period that is already in the system, simply click on the name of the Vacation Period and an Update Wizard will launch.
