Page: High Schools
Logging School Visits can be done on the High Schools Page under the Recruting Module by:
Clicking on the High Schools page
Selecting the High School you would like to log the visit for
Once on the High School profile page, click the orange Log Visit button at the right hand side of the Visit History section.
You will be prompted to select from the following:
Visit Type - School Visit only, Game at that School, Game at your institution or Game at a neutral site. *If you select Game at that School, you will be prompted to select the opponent from our schools list. This will create evaluations for recruits at the 'opposing' school as well as the 'home' school.
Location - This will be pre-populated with the School Name and will be un-editable unless you select Game at neutral site on Visit Type.
City - This will be pre-populated with the School Name and will be un-editable unless you select Game at neutral site on Visit Type.
State - This will be pre-populated with the School Name and will be un-editable unless you select Game at neutral site on Visit Type.
Visited By - This is now a Multi-Select that will allow you to select multiple coaches for your visit.
Visit Date - This will add the date to all evaluations logged with this visit.
Once you have logged the school visit, the system will log corresponding evaluations for all the recruits at that school. Again, if you selected a Game, the system will log all recruits, on both schools, with evaluations on that date.
If a Game has been logged, we will display the visit in the Visit History with a link to the 'opposing' teams profile page.
