  • This will bring you to the Administration module - Custom Views page - Default Recruit Profile Designer page.

  • This designer page allows you to customize the information at the top of your Recruit Profile.

  • Using 'Drag and Drop' movements, you can drag both standard and custom fields from the column on the left, into the layout on the right.

  • You can also add additional 'Profile Widgets' and edit 'Related Badges' that will be displayed on the Recruits Profile

Customizing the Recruit Profile Page from Administration

  • Click on Custom Views to access the 'My Layouts' screen.

  • On the My Layouts screen, click on the orange button at the top right called 'Add Layout'.

  • Select Recruit Profile to access the 'Default Recruit Profile Designer'.

  • This designer page allows you to customize the information at the top of your Recruit Profile.

  • Using 'Drag and Drop' movements, you can drag both standard and custom fields from the column on the left, into the layout on the right.

Once you have customized the report to your specifications, you can name it, update the template access and save it to your ARMS system. Once saved you will be able to use this profile view anytime you access a Recruit's Profile. *Note: You can create as many 'Custom Profile' views as you may need.
