After creating your email message (See Sending an Email from ARMS), you can choose to schedule the email for delivery at a specific date and time in the future. To schedule your email, simply choose the Schedule button from the bottom of the screen.

When you have entered a date and time, click Send Later

Where is Scheduled Email saved?
All email communication (sent, received, drafts and scheduled) are stored in the Communication page for the specific module.

  • Click the tab for Scheduled

  • To edit before the scheduled send date, Click the Subject or Edit

  • To completely remove, Click Delete
