Page: CARA Approval
In ARMS, you have the ability to send Email reminders to student-athletes or staff with pending playing and practice log approvals. You can do so in an effort to expedite the event approval process.
Email Notification for Submission from CARA Approval Page:
Enter the Time Management module and select the "CARA Approval" page
To send out a reminder email to each person with a pending approval select the grey "Send Email Reminder..." in the upper right corner
To send an email notification to a specific sport with pending approvals, select "Pending Approvals" in that specific sport's row
From here, you can send a reminder email to each student-athlete with a pending approval or all student-athletes in this sport with pending approvals

Enter the Time Management module and select the "Submitted Logs" page
Select "Pending Approvals" in a specific sport's row
From here, you can send a reminder email to each student-athlete with a pending approval or all student-athletes in this sport with pending approvals
