As an ARMS user you will be able to monitor the pending approvals for Student-Athlete and Department users for CARA logs.
From the Time Management Module:
Click into the Submitted Logs page
The "Student-Athlete" column reflects how many Student-Athlete's CARA Approval task is still pending for the associated log.
To view the details of the Pending Approval:
Click on the Number in Blue associated with the sport's submission
This screen will show you which student-athletes have yet to approve their assigned CARA logs.
Helpful Hint: From this screen you will also have the ability to send an email to individual student-athletes to remind them to complete their CARA log approvals or you can send an email to all of the student-athletes that have not completed their CARA logs.
