In the evaluation screen, coaches are able to select a check box to denote whether their evaluation also counts towards their recruiting person days.
Adding Evaluation
Click on Add New Evaluation and enter information
Select/Deselect checkbox " Does this count towards Recruiting Person Days?"
During recruiting periods the checkbox will automatically default to "Yes," but allows the coaches to denote a Recruiting Person Day if the evaluation is non-countable against the PSAs limits, or denote a Countable Evaluation does not count against their Recruiting Person Days if it meets one of the legislated exceptions.
