An email can be started from most pages in ARMS either via a contact's profile, the Send Email option in the menu button or one of the quick link options.

This option will send an email to the single individual you are looking at.

Using this option, you will check the box for the individuals or groups on the page displayed to be included in the email.

This option will send an email to all contacts within a contact list and apply any filters selected.

This is used when you plan to type in the name of an existing contact, name of a known group or manually type in an email address for a non-existing contact.
