Reviewing Recruiting Activity

Inside the compliance module, there is a Recruiting Activity page that rolls up all of the phone calls, evaluations, contacts and e-mails for the entire department for administrators to quickly view the activities for each of their teams. This page is secured so that administrators and coaches only see the information for the teams that they have access to.

Helpful Hint: You can use the facets on the left hand side of the grid to narrow down to specific coaches, sports, date ranges and types of activities. You can also search for a specific recruit to find all of the activities related to that prospective student-athlete.

Reviewing Specific Recruiting Activities

The tabs at the top of the recruiting activity page allow you to quickly narrow down to the specific activity types that you would like to review.

  • Off-Campus Contacts and Evaluations - This will list all of the recruiting activities that occurred off of your university's campus. This page also shows the number of contacts/evals for each recruit and compares that to their legislated maximum for the year.

  • HS Visits - This will show you all of the High School Visits logged by the coaches as well as any corresponding contacts and evaluations.

  • Phone Calls - This shows all of the incoming and outgoing calls logged by each staff member

  • On-Campus Visits - This will show all of the Official and Unofficial Visits logged in the system for each Prospective Student-Athlete

Helpful Hint: Using the facets on the left hand side of each page will allow you to quickly narrow down to the recruiting information you need to see.

Best Practice: Many schools use this page to confirm that activities are logged as they correspond to a coach's submission for travel reimbursements for their recruiting trips.
