Module: Department
Page: Student-Athletes
In ARMS, you have the ability to create department student-athlete groups across multiple sports. This is useful for group communication from the Department.
Creating and Adding Student-Athletes to a Department Group
Under the Department module, select page for Student-Athletes
Use filters on the left side to narrow down your selection
Check the box next to the athlete's names that you want to include in your group
Select the action menu (three lines) button and click "Add to Group"

Click on Create New Group in the upper right-hand and type the name of the group in the Name field.
Once you have named your new group hit "Save" and then click on "Add to ## Group"
Groups that already exist be found in the Add to Group modal underneath the Name search bar.
Creating a Department Saved Searches
Under the Department module, select the page for Student-Athletes
Use filters on the left side to determine and select your search
Select the "Save Search Options" button above the filters

Enter in the name of your saved search and click "Create the Student-Athlete Saved Search"
