Note: The Compliance Office manages rosters. If you are a coach reading this article, please reach out to your Compliance Office to confirm the process for removing student-athletes from your roster.
Student-Athletes that have been added to a roster, but never actually joined the team should be deleted from the roster entirely. A student-athlete's record can be deleted directly from their Student-Athlete Profile.
Scroll down to the Roster Status section of the Profile
Click the Trash Can button to the right of the Roster Status
A Menu will Pop Up, Click the Delete from Roster button
Note: If there are Workflow Forms associated with Student-Athlete, you will be prompted to keep or remove record of the forms.
