Page: School Directory
In addition to creating groups for recruits and student-athletes, ARMS gives you the ability to create staff/employee groups for bulk communication.
Creating and Adding to a Staff Group
Select the Department module and click on the page for School Directory
Use the filters on the left side to narrow down your selection
Click the check box to the left of the names you want to include in your group
Select the action menu (three lines) button, and choose "Add to Group"
If creating a new group, click on "Create New Group" in the upper right-hand corner
Note: the "Sport" dropdown in the Add to Group modal list will allow you to filter to sport-specific staff groups.
Once you have named your new group hit "Save" and then click on "Add to ## Group"
Groups that already exist be found in the Add to Group modal underneath the Name search bar.
If adding a user to an existing group, click on the box next to the group you want to add the user to.
Pro Tip: If you have a long list of groups, you can search for the group in the Name search bar.
