Coaches and Sport Staff are able to view applicable rules and active warnings directly on the Playing Season screen under the Team module. When there are potential issues that need to be reviewed, the Compliance Check will display in yellow with a warning symbol. When everything checks out ok, it will display in green with a check mark.

When clicked, the Compliance Check will display all applicable rules that ARMS validates. Clicking on a rule will expand to display the full text of the NCAA legislation.

Potential warnings are displayed at 4 different levels depending on the timeframe of the issue:

  • Season Level: The Compliance Check at the top of the screen will display all applicable rules for the entire season. Rules related to the overall season (ie: first date of practice) are displayed in this view.

  • Week Level: The warning symbol that appears at the week level will display rules that are applicable for the given week and any potential issues in that week.

  • Day Level: A warning symbol will appear on the individual calendar day when there is a daily limit that has been exceeded.

  • Event Level: A warning symbol will appear on the individual event when it is clear that the actual event is the problem (ie: CARA after a Competition).
