Option 1: Import
A list of alumni or friends of the program can be imported into ARMS by working with the Support Team at help@armssoftware.com. To import a list of contacts, the following information is recommended:
First/Last Name
Email Address
Associated Sport(s) (if applicable)
Helpful Hint: When ARMS imports your data, it can be stored in a saved group upon request. Additionally, staff that have access to the associated sport (i.e. Coaches) will have access to the associated contacts in ARMS.
Option 2: Manually Add in ARMS
You can choose to manually add constituents one-by-one as needed using the option in the Quick Links menu of the Advancement module.
Click Add New Constituent in the menu below the list of modules
Enter First & Last name at a minimum. ARMS recommends adding in an Email as well.
Option 3: Questionnaires
By supplying a public URL on your university website for your questionnaire, constituents can submit their information to be reviewed by the coaching staff and added to the database. ARMS provides a default questionnaire for all programs and our Support Team is happy to help you customize fields as necessary.
