To download the ARMS Mobile app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search ARMS Mobile. Select Download for the app with the orange background and white ARMS Torch icon.

Note: Select Allow to receive Push Notifications for team announcements, event/class check-in, event updates etc).

Once the app has finished installing, open the app and search for then select your college or university from the list displayed on the screen.

Once you have selected your school, sign in using the username given to you by your coach or system administrator. (usually your school email and student ID)
