ARMS now has a 5 minute delay on all emails sent, which allows the user to retract their email from the Communications page. The email will be stored in the "outbox" for 5 minutes with the option to retract during that time frame.

Retracting Sent Email

Navigate to the Communication page under the module you are working in and find the Outbox folder, from there if you are still in the 5 minute grace period you can retract your email by clicking the don't send button on the right.

Avoiding the 5 Minute Delay 

To bypass the 5 minute delay and send the email right now, you can schedule your email to be sent one minute into the future, which will override the 5 minute delay.
