Whether you have forgotten your password or simply want to change your password, the process is the same.
From the arms login page (http://my.armssoftware.com)
Click the Forgot your Password link under the username/password fields
Enter your email address (this should match your username)
ARMS will send you an automated email with a link to login and update your password.
What if my email is not recognized?
This could be caused by any of the following:
The email address you are entering is different than your username
The email address was entered incorrectly upon User Setup
You do not have an ARMS User account or it is deactivated
Please email the ARMS Support Team at help@armssoftware.com with your name, school and assumed username. Our Support Team can reset your account and/or work with your Administrator to reset your account.
Note: If you use your University's intranet to log into ARMS, i.e. the same username and password used for accessing other University specific sites, you will need to work with your school's Administrator to obtain password information.
