When a coach or administrator sends a Student-Athlete a message through the ARMS Mobile app, and the Student-Athlete has not downloaded the app, ARMS will send the following automated email to that Student-Athlete:
"Someone from your institution just sent you a message using the ARMS Mobile app.
Please follow the steps below to join the conversation:
Download the ARMS Mobile app
Log in using your account info
View, respond to, or create new messages to your team!"
Note: The bottom of this email will have two embedded links to download the ARMS Mobile app from either the iTunes App Store or Goople Play Store
