ARMS will send an email and in-app notification alerting users when:

  • A workflow form has been assigned to you for completion

  • A workflow form is awaiting your review and approval

  • A step was approved on a form you submitted

  • A workflow form was denied that you submitted

  • A step was rejected on a form you submitted

How do I change my notification settings?

ARMS provides the same default settings for all users as listed above. However, you can manage your own personal notification settings directly from your ARMS Profile.

From the My ARMS module:

  • Click on the page for My Profile

  • Scroll to the bottom of the profile to the Notifications Preferences widget

  • Update settings as preferred

  • Click Save Changes

Note: Notification settings for student-athletes are not editable and will always send email notifications.
