University Staff

When a staff member leaves the institution or moves roles and should no longer have access to the ARMS site you will need to deactivate their account from their User Profile

  • Search for their name using the Global Search at the top of the site

  • Click their ARMS User name in the list

  • Click the Deactivate button at the top of the profile

Important: If a Coach is being deactivated and is associated as an "Assigned Coach" for specific recruits and/or High Schools, you will be prompted to move their assignments to another coach on staff.


Student-Athletes will automatically be deactivated when their Roster and/or Athlete status is changed to remove them from the current, active roster.
